Today the Government of Ontario announced that the Durham Region will be transitioning to "Red-Zone" restriction effective 12:01am on Monday November 23rd, 2020. Taking this into consideration and the safety of our players and families, the CMHA & CZHA executives have decided to pause the current program effective Monday, November 23rd. More update to follow. All hockey games and practices are still scheduled for November 21 & 22, 2020 with no changes.

1.1 Hockey Canada and its member Branches view all leagues that operate outside the auspices/sanctioning of Hockey Canada programs to be classified as “Non-Sanctioned” leagues. This currently does not include summer hockey leagues/teams, adult recreational hockey leagues/teams, high school hockey, and/or hockey schools.

Gitch SportsWear Inc. was established in 2009 with a goal of making organizations and teams stand out from their competitors.
They specialize in custom team wear, uniforms and apparel for hockey and various sports teams.

The CMHA & CZHA will be providing weekly development sessions on a first come first served basis.  There will be limited spots (20) available in each age group.  The development is based on $180.00 per skater for 9 weeks or $160.00 for 8 weeks.  Weekly skills sessions will cover technical power skating, quick hands, skill development and small area development with pucks. The Players will cycle through various elements of on ice skill development weekly in a smaller group setting.  This is not mandatory.  Read More
