Atom - Unbeaten in last 16 games
Submitted By Darren Nesbitt on Sunday, November 4, 2018

The Atoms continued their hot streak with a pair of divisional weekend wins, running their unbeaten streak to sixteen games.

First up, the Toros faced the Oshawa Generals and broke open a tight 4-2 contest in the third period scoring five unanswered goals on route to a 9-2 victory. Caleb Wilson was solid in the pipes.

Next up the Toros were looking to avenge their only regular season loss against the visiting Kingston Frontenacs. The Toros played a very solid, complete game in what was a physical affair, winning by a score of 4-0. Ethan Gilbert recorded his second shutout in as many games.

Team members include Jory Sawyer, Jack Carley, Ethan Sikma, Tanner Nettleton, Liam Hackett, Oliver Gaglietta, Kayden Brand, Evan Hay, Jonah Gareau, Matt Souter, Owen Bayes, Tate Ryan, Trace Whitlock, Logan McMurray and Walker Doyle.

The team competes in the Niagara Falls tournament this coming weekend.
