Welcome to tryouts!
Submitted By Nicole Schoonderbeek on Monday, April 15, 2019
Welcome to tryouts! This can be both an exciting & stressful time for players/families. The details below should ease the process.

Online registration is now closed, but you may still register in-person (arrive early & proceed to the registration table). As a zone centre, the CZHA does not register players directly. You MUST register with your home centre BEFORE attending tryouts. Fees for each tryout will be collected at the arena. Review our tryout requirements page for details about home centre registration & fees.

Tryouts run from Monday, April 15, until Monday, April 22. Review the tryout schedule often for updates. Avoid printing the schedule and instead check online.

Player releases are online. Player names are not posted on the tryout player lists. If you registered online, your release code was sent by email. If registering in-person, you will receive a release code at the arena. View the tryout player lists.

Only players who attended tryouts and were released may request an AAA waiver from the CZHA. Visit the Request AAA an Waiver page for full waiver requirements and the request form.

Questions? Contact Cheryl Littlejohn, Director of Tryouts. Good luck at tryouts!
