OHF Information & Important Dates

No on-ice activity is permitted until Tuesday, September 7, 2021
Sanctioned Tournaments are permitted to start on October 8, 2021


U12 & Above
U12 and above Minor Hockey tryouts will begin the first Friday following Labour Day
The requirement to offer a Player Registration by the end of the fourth day applies only to Associations in the Lake Ontario Region (LOR)
Important Dates
Optional Prep Phase begins Sep. 7, 2021  
AAA Tryouts begin Sep. 10, 2021 (7 days)
U11-U10
The Hockey Canada U11 Pathway will be fully implemented for the 2021-22 season.
U11-U0 must adhere to OHF Playing Regulation G4
Important Dates
AAA Tryouts begin Sep. 13, 2021 (7 days)
AAA Development Phase begins Sep. 20 (minimum 7 days)
