Smoke Free Ontario Act - Municipal Property
Submitted By nschoonderbeek on Wednesday, September 19, 2018
This message is posted on behalf of Ken Ferguson, Facilities Supervisor, Municipality of Clarington.

As we begin another full season...just a friendly reminder of the Smoke Free Ontario Act that was implemented July 1, 2018. The act to be enforced is NO smoking within 20 metres of municipal property. This is a provincial law and we ask that all of you assist us by sharing this information with all parents and users.
