Ethan Cardwell & Jack Thompson Nominated for 2019/20 OHL Scholastic Team
Toros alumni Ethan Cardwell (Barrie Colts) & Jack Thompson (Sudbury Wolves) were both nominated for the Bobby Smith Trophy awarded to the OHL’s Scholastic Player of the Year, earning them a place on the 2019/20 "OHL Scholastic Team". All 20 of the OHL’s member clubs provide nominees that combine high standards of play and academic excellence. The top award this year went to another Durham Region native, Cole Perfetti.
